Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free of hair, dust, or signs of training.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 3-5 business days.
